Aakaar AI integrates with Amazon's Selling Partner API (SP-API) and Advertising API to access your Amazon advertising and brand data. When you authorize Aakaar AI to access your Amazon account, we access this data in accordance with Amazon's API Terms of Service.

When you connect your Amazon account to Aakaar AI, as permitted by you through Amazon's authorization process, we request access to specific data necessary to provide our services, including:

  • Advertising campaign metrics and settings
  • Keyword performance data
  • Search term reports
  • Brand Analytics data (if you authorize this access)

We access this data to provide analytics and insights for your Amazon business and to help optimize your brand performance on Amazon. Our integration is strictly focused on advertising and brand performance data, and we do not request access to customer personal information, order details (beyond advertising attribution), or payment data.

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You control what data Aakaar AI can access through the permissions you grant. You can revoke access at any time through your Amazon Seller Central account or by contacting us. We respect your data ownership and control rights throughout our relationship.

6. Intellectual Property
